Everything at Say Less is printed to order, just for you — so please check the size guide before you buy. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your tee turns up misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll fix it — no quibble. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. You won't need to post anything back.
Change of mind or wrong size
Because each tee is made to order, change-of-mind and size returns are accepted only on items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition, returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is covered by the customer; we'll refund the item price once it arrives back to us (original shipping is non-refundable). Our size guide lists exact measurements — the fit is snug, so size up if you're between sizes.
TikTok Shop orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok's return policy: 30 days for change-of-mind returns and 90 days for faulty items, from the date you receive your order.
UK customers
If you're in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
